WAIVER OF LIABILITY

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable amusement devices, obstacle courses, slides, concession equipment, and related party rental equipment involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, colliding with other participants, jumping, climbing, or coming into contact with the equipment surface or structure. I understand that injuries ranging from minor bruises to more serious conditions (including sprains, fractures, concussions, or other musculoskeletal injuries) may occur even when equipment is used properly and under supervision.

2. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that participation in activities involving rental equipment provided by Family Party Rentals LLC is entirely voluntary. I (or the minor child for whom I am signing) choose to participate with full knowledge of the inherent risks, dangers, and hazards involved. I am not being coerced, pressured, or required to participate.

3. Health & Physical Condition Advisory

I represent that I (or the minor for whom I am signing) am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

4. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of equipment rented from Family Party Rentals LLC, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, property damage, or death, whether arising from the acts or omissions of the Company, other participants, or any other cause. This assumption of risk applies to all activities related to the equipment, including setup observation, equipment use, and the general event environment.

5. Release of Liability & Hold Harmless

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Family Party Rentals LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in activities involving the Company’s rental equipment. This release applies to claims of negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, whether known or unknown at the time of signing.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Party Rentals LLC from any claims or lawsuits brought by me, my minor child, my guests, or any third party arising from the use of rental equipment during my event.

6. Safety Rules & Guidelines

I acknowledge that I have been provided with safety rules and operating instructions and I agree to follow and enforce these rules at all times:

• Maintaining adult supervision at all times during equipment use
• Removing shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering inflatables
• Not allowing food, drinks, gum, silly string, or any foreign objects inside the equipment
• Not exceeding the posted capacity limits for each piece of equipment
• Not allowing participants of significantly different sizes to use the equipment simultaneously
• Immediately discontinuing use during rain, high winds, lightning, or any severe weather
• Not climbing on exterior walls, roofs, or sides of any inflatable equipment
• Not performing flips, wrestling, roughhousing, or any dangerous maneuvers

7. Media Release

I grant Family Party Rentals LLC permission to use photographs or video taken at the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on the Company’s website, social media, and marketing materials. No compensation will be provided for such use. If you do not consent, check the opt-out box below.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from this Waiver shall be resolved in the courts of Charles County, Maryland.
